With over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry I have seen a lot of changes. I started in real estate in the late 1980's as a private investor, buying and selling residential and commercial properties. I focused primarily on foreclosure defense and distressed situations and found out I could let people know their options and save their credit. I found out that a lot of real estate agents did not have this knowledge and experience in this field or they did not want to put the extra amount of work it takes to handle these situations. I decided to take my love for real estate and helping home owners and make it my full time job.
My experience in real estate includes marketing and selling residential properties, commercial properties and leases, raw land, development, investment opportunities, new construction, waterfront, multi-family units, foreclosures, estate sales, bankruptcies, divorces, title issues, judgments and liens, bank owned real estate.
With my extensive background in investing and being creative in handling complicated real estate situations, I can help you avoid problems down the road. I call it preventive maintenance. You can rest assured that when you are ready to buy, sell or invest, you will be in knowledgeable, experienced, and capable hands. There is no deal that is too small, too large, too simple or too complicated.

My family and I have lived in the Snoqualmie Valley for over 20 years. We are very active in the community as volunteer and I served on the Snoquamie Valley School Board. Prior to over seven years of real estate experience, I worked in technical consulting and sales including ten years with Verizon Wireless as a Senior Technical Consultant. My knowledge and involvement in our community and schools combined with nearly twenty years of marketing, consulting, process analysis and project management experience makes it easy for me to sell life in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley. In 2008, I partnered with Joe Eddings and we formed the Eddings Group. We have a great team that is knowledgeable and capable to handle your real estate needs.
